Chad Moore
Helping teams work better, deliver more, and grow together.

I help creative and technical teams turn complex work into clear plans, strong collaboration, and delivered results.
I bring creative, technical, and stakeholders into alignment around complex work—clarifying priorities, building trust, and creating practical ways of working that keep projects moving. My strength is making space for candid collaboration while helping teams turn ambiguity into clear decisions, shared ownership, and strong results.
Product Mindset Cohort
Led the successful culture change of our IT group of over 500 people so that we could develop and leverage a product mindset to focus on value for users and the business.
Organizational Design
Designed and led a transformational culture and organizational shift from siloed teams to capabilities based structure.
Quarterly Business Review
Led the visual storytelling efforts of how a device lifecycles in our environment so that management and stakeholders understood the complexity and status of work in progress.
Workshop Design & Facilitation
I've created workshops for department wide use to help understand roles and responsibilities and for teams to understand their maturity. These engagements include my consultation so that I can assist teams with planning and executing their chosen improvement activities from the workshop experience.I've also created dozens of bespoke workshops for teams and leaders.
Chad - you did a great job preparing and executing the Azure team norms. This level setting was highly needed and you focused right in on the type of facilitation approach that would engage the team. We left with a team morale boost, in addition!
- Manager, Azure Team
Chad demonstrated Mastery Level Ri in Facilitation through creative storytelling techniques.
- Senior Scrum Master and workshop participant
Visual communication & facilitation
I make sketchnotes, usually with pens and paper or on my iPad. These are handy ways for me to retain and share information as well as facilitate conversations.I also make graphic recordings of events, meetings, talks, and panels. Drawing what I am hearing lets attendees literally see that they are being heard. These large drawings help facilitate conversations, and are also a nice artifact of the conversation.

Chad's strong technical aptitude and understanding made for very effective discussions on software requirements and project scope in the work I did, resulting in a highly productive yet reasonable work-load for me. I really appreciated the smooth ramp up into the project that resulted from the always clear and understandable explanations from Chad on how things worked in the environment and what was needed from my work on the project. Product Mindset Cohort
The opportunity
Our organization was investing in expanding our Product Mindset across all teams so that we could focus on identifying and delivering value to users and for the business. I was on the team that built the cohort experience and supported our Champions and leadership.
My role
As a Strategist, I participated in a "train the trainer" program. Then, our team spent time to weave in our own diverse product experiences and tailor the program to our organization's specific needs and opportunities.I helped create 8 weeks of topics, examples, exercises, and take-aways.As a Coach, I provided one on one coaching for Champions during the Cohorts and afterwards as well.As a Facilitator, I was a part of the three person coaching team for the first run of the cohort. As a Cohort manager, I was the main coach & facilitator for the second and third cohort. As a Strategist and Workshop designer, I co-created a half-day leadership workshop so that people in management could better understand and support the Cohort Champions. As a Coach, I set up a mentorship program so that Champions could bring others in the organization along.
Outcomes
88% Return on Expectations (combines engagement scores and measures of the predefined expectations and outcomes) for all three cohorts
There has been a 77% increase in Cohort members applying a Product Mindset after completing a Cohort as observed by their managers and other stake holders
36 Champions from dozens of teams across six departments of our organization went through the cohort
Created reusable Mural templates and facilitation guides
Created Champion guide documentation
Created Coach and Facilitation guide documentation
The Cohort adoption is expanding beyond the Technology groups into our Business areas as well
Thank you so much for all of your work leading the 3rd Product Mindset Cohort! I can truly say that this will improve my product practice as well as GDS and Liberty overall!

Quarterly Business Review
The opportunity
A group of Product Owners from multiple organizations sought out better ways to tell the intricate story of how a device lifecycles in our environment so that management and stakeholders understood the complexity and status of work in progress.
My role
As a Strategist, I worked with the Product Owners in group meetings and one on one to understand what they needed to communicate. As a Visual Designer, I prototyped various formats for the visuals and worked with them to get consensus and leveraged our companies brand library. I built the visual assets in Adobe Illustrator and segmented them out to use in Powerpoint. As a Presentation designer and coach, I built the Powerpoint deck and coached the presenters on the speaking points and choreography.
Outcomes
This visual format is widely adopted for Quarterly Business Reviews and other presentations
Other leaders engaged me so that they could improve their visual storytelling with my consultation
Created and delivered Illustrator files, powerpoint deck, and icon assets
This is the Gold Standard of how these business reviews should be presented
